Refund/Return Policies:

At A Valentine Studios, we are dedicated to ensuring your experience is exceptional, and we want you to be delighted with your new glass piece. Here is our return and refund policy:

  1. Damaged During Shipping:

    • In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos for insurance claim purposes. You can choose a replacement piece or opt for a refund (excluding shipping charges).

  2. General Unhappiness:

    • If you are dissatisfied with your glass art, decor, or jewelry (except earrings due to hygiene reasons, a refund will be issued if damaged in shipping), you can return it within 7 business days. Ensure the piece is packaged exactly as it arrived, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Upon receiving the piece in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (excluding shipping charges) or help you choose a new piece of equal or lesser value.

  3. Custom Commissions:

    • Custom commissions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales for custom pieces are final. We provide multiple opportunities for you to make changes during the development of the piece to ensure your satisfaction.
